Bank of Ireland has now confirmed that services has been restored to an external ATM at its branch in Carrick-on-Shannon.
The cash machine at the front of the bank branch in the town was out of operation since last weekend.
The bank has this afternoon confirmed that "engineers are currently working to return the external ATM at the Carrick-On-Shannon branch to service as quickly as possible.

They have confirmed that during the day the "in-branch ATM remains fully operational."
