Bingo organisers report 'full houses' after Covid pandemic

Bingo operators across the Shannonside region are welcoming back crowds after an absence of almost two years.

Last week, bingo players returned to Cullyfad Hall for the first time since March 2020.

Organiser Sean Murray says while it was nerve wrecking to bring people back, it was a huge success.

Speaking on the Joe Finnegan Show the Longford native says it was heartwarming to see the bingo community meeting each other again.
