Body discovered in search for missing Roscommon woman

A body has been discovered in the search for a missing woman in north Roscommon this afternoon.

It's understood the woman had been missing from her home since around half past six yesterday evening.

A major search was carried out yesterday evening and this afternoon involving Gardai and members of the Civil Defence.
