A Boyle woman hopes to provide Christmas dinner to almost 50 people this year.
It's a tradition which began in 2017 and was started by Dorothy Shannon from the King House Tea Rooms in the town.
The meal is free of charge and will take place at the cafe on December 28th this year.
Dorothy says the idea is to offer the dinner to anyone who's alone this Christmas or feels isolated.
She's also hopeful some local entertainers will take part in the event.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan Show Dorothy explained more about the day and asked for people to book in advance.
"We provide the whole works. The turkey, ham, starter, main course, dessert, tea, and coffee. Well I feel there's a lot of people who are lonely over the Christmas period and it's just a nice gesture to do it and I'm in a position where I can do it. I get lots of help to do it and it's also a great, fun day."
