George and Isaac Naughton will take part in the Marathon to raise awareness of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

The streets of the capital will turn orange this Sunday as Roscommon twins George and Isaac Naughton take part in the Dublin Marathon.

The boys and their late brother Archie were diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in 2012. Archie sadly passed away last year at the age of just 16.

Supporters of the Join Our Boys Trust; who raise funds and awareness of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, will line the marathon route again.

Isaac completed last year's race in memory of his older brother and this year, he will be joined by George.

The Naughtons are looking to make history. It's believed this is the first time three brothers will have completed the Dublin Marathon before the age of 13.

The boys will once again be supported by a team of local runners as they bid to complete the 42km route.
