A 40-year-old man, who can't be named for legal reasons, has been found guilty of falsely imprisoning and seriously assaulting Kevin Lunney.
The director of Quinn Industrial Holdings was abducted from outside his home in September 2019 and tortured inside a horse box in Co Cavan.
The non-jury Special Criminal Court will soon deliver its verdicts in relation to three other men facing the same charges.
