Bus Eireann has announced an extension of a bus route which serves the Shannonside region. Two additional Route 22 services from Ballina to Dublin Airport

Bus Eireann has announced an extension of a bus route which serves the Shannonside region.

Two additional Route 22 services from Ballina to Dublin Airport will begin on September 6th.

Coaches will depart Ballina at 1.00am and return from Dublin Airport at 7.00am seven days a week. There will also be an additional service departing Ballina at 5.15pm every Sunday.

Route 22 serves Ballaghaderreen, Frenchpark, Ballinagare, Tulsk, Strokestown, Tarmonbarry, Longford and Edgeworthstown.

Passengers are reminded that Bus Éireann continues to operate at a maximum of 50 per cent capacity, and compulsory face coverings must be worn throughout the journey.
