A Longford based asylum seeker is calling on the Government to allow him and other long term refugees to be allowed to make a life in Ireland after years in the Direct Provision system.

In 2017, Malik took part in the Welcoming a Stranger programme in conjunction with Backstage Theatre and has been heavily involved in dance and arts projects across the country since.
