A South Roscommon councillor says unbalanced development in the county means some villages are currently unsustainable. Independent councillor Laurence Fallon raised the issue at the local authority's monthly meeting earlier this week. He highlighted the need for further development for smaller villages throughout the lifetime of the current Council.
