There are calls for a special task force to be set up to look at rules around the ownership of restricted dog breeds.

Garda data shows there were 1,705 dog attacks on people between 2016 and 2021.
The Irish Independent reports the figures indicate the number of dog-on-person attacks is rising each year.
President of the Irish Kennel Club, Sean Delmar says better regulation is needed.
'I think there should be a joint group put together to actually have a look at this, and to come up with effective legislation, and approaches, and ways to do it right across the board.
So I think if the government departments, the Kennel Club, the veterinary profession, these type of people, and the local authorities, can get together, we can come up with a programme that controls this better than it is at the moment.'
