A Carrick-on-Shannon resident says she can no longer access shops and services due to the removal of disability parking.
The town has recently seen the completion of a major streetscape enhancement project.
According to a local woman, the works have seen the removal of four vital disabled parking spaces on Main Street.
In a statement to Shannonside FM, Leitrim County Council said they regret the inconvenience caused following public realm works but hope to have new arrangements in place in early 2022.
The Carrick resident says it's vital that the council restore these bays for those with mobility issues.
