The owners of Hester's Golden Eagle Restaurant and Bar in Castlerea say they don't intend to resume indoor dining on next Monday.
The restaurant has been operating a take-out business since the beginning of the pandemic and they have developed a substantial outdoor area in recent weeks.
Ollie Hester says when it came to thinking about having to turn people away from indoors if they didn't have a Covid cert they decided it wouldn't be a fair thing to do.
He says they will review the decision in a few weeks' time but they are hoping that as more of the population becomes vaccinated the certs may not be necessary anymore.
