This afternoon the jury witnessed video footage of a further interview of Stephen Silver in connection with the fatal shooting on June 17th 2020.

Over the course of the afternoon, the accused began interacting with Detectives, telling them to practice social distancing and remove themselves from his surrounds.

Stephen Silver, a motorbike mechanic from Foxford in Mayo has pleaded guilty to Manslaughter by reason of diminished responsibility following the shooting dead of Colm Horkan in Castlerea on the 17th of June, 2020.
