The CEO of Eir says she'll retract her comments that it was a "mistake" to locate their call centre in Sligo.
Carolan Lennon also told the Oireachtas Communications Committee earlier today that workers there didn't have the skills.
The company faced questions after hundreds of Eir customers experienced issues around connectivity and billing this year.
