The chief executive of a human rights and migrant support organisation has criticised Government plans to restrict State accommodation for Ukrainian refugees.
Minister for Integration Roderic O'Gorman has presented Cabinet with a proposal that would see new arrivals offered accommodation for just 90 days.
Ukrainians would then have to find accommodation through the private rental sector or through an offer-a-home scheme.
Rooskey man John Lannon, of Limerick-based NGO Doras, said the move would leave many Ukrainians homeless.
