Cillian Murphy has described himself as a "very proud Irishman" in his Oscars acceptance speech last night.
He became the first Irish-born man to win Best Actor at the Oscars.
The Cork native was the lead in 'Oppenheimer', which won seven awards last night, including Best Picture.
'Poor Things', produced by Irish company Element Pictures, came away with four Oscars - with Emma Stone named Best Actress.
