Clinics continuing as normal at Boyle facility following fire

Patient appointments and clinics are continuing as normal at Boyle Primary Care Centre following a fire overnight.

Crews from Boyle and Carrick-on-Shannon attended the scene at around 11:30pm on Monday night.

HSE Primary Care Services are awaiting an incident report on the matter.

The building was unoccupied at the time and no injuries have been reported.

In a statement to Shannonside FM News this afternoon the HSE say telephone and email are currently down however full functionality will be restored as soon as possible.

Patient appointments and clinics are continuing as normal.
