ESB crews are continuing efforts this evening to restore power to properties across the region following Storm Isha. Thousands of homes and businesses in the region are still without power. The aftermath of Storm Isha is being felt by ESB customers across the Shannonside region with thousands of properties still without power this evening. However, close to 13,000 properties remain without electricity with the current estimated restoration times for some going into tomorrow. Boyle, Ballaghaderreen and Arigna are some of the worst-affected areas where thousands of customers are still waiting for power to return. According to ESB Networks, over 230,000 customers were left without power nationwide last night with Roscommon one of the worst affected counties in the country.
