According to figures released by the CSO, Roscommon saw the highest amount of homes sold last year in the region with 944.

Close to 2,000 homes were sold in the Shannonside region in 2023.

According to figures released by the CSO, Roscommon saw the highest amount of homes sold last year in the region with 944. Meanwhile, Longford saw 533 homes sold last year whilst Leitrim had the lowest amount of home sales in the region for 2023 with 477.
