Figures released to Shannonside FM News show over 100 complaints of anti social behaviour on local rail routes last year.

Overcrowding was a major issue, with 5 further complaints made over concerns with the potential spread of Covid.

A breakdown of the figures reveals that the Dublin Hueston to Galway Route recorded twice the number of complaints as it's neighbouring line.

One passenger claimed a route 23 bus skipped their stop, resulting in the customer missing a flight.

The LSRA, says they will take action if rules aren't followed:

30 per cent of complaints received by the OCO related to education.

It's a rise on 2021 figures.
