A local councillor has raised concerns regarding discrepancies in the TB system for cattle.
Leitrim councillor Paddy O'Rourke says trauma for famers doesn't end when animals go down with bovine tuberculosis.
Cattle who go down with bovine TB must then go through an evaluation process.
Cllr O'Rourke said this puts further stress on farmers as evaluations are not always accepted by the Department of Agriculture.
