The HSE has recorded 667 cases of Covid 19 in the Shannonside region over the last 2 weeks.
Figures have been steadily dropping locally over the past month with Roscommon, Leitrim and Longford all below the national average incidence rate of the virus.
Roscommon recorded the highest level of positive cases, with 294 PCR and Antigen tests registered with the HSE in the last fortnight.
That's followed by Longford, where 202 people tested positive for the virus over the last 14 days.
Leitrim has the lowest number of positive tests locally at 171.
Nationally, Waterford has the highest level of virus transmission currently, with a 14 day incidence rate almost twice the national average.
