A special cross border peace event is to be held in Leitrim tomorrow evening.
'Better together- Níos Fearr Le Chéile' is a community organisation in Ballinamore bringing people of all sides of the border together to promote peace and understanding.
The initiative has a number of outlets including the Cross Border/ Cross Community Schools Project and the Literature- Bridge Across Difference Project.
Tomorrow evening in the Island Theatre in Ballinamore, the group will host an event titled 'Building Peace- Putting Yourself in Each Others Shoes'.
The free event is open to everyone and will feature discussions from victims of the troubles and those from state, Republican or Loyalist pasts.
