Over 40 construction companies on both sides of the border will have access to top experts to develop projects using robotics and artificial intelligence.
A new Innovation, R&D and Education Centre for the Quarry and Construction Industry will be built at the W8 Complex in Manorhamilton with an announcement today of an Enterprise Ireland grant of €2.94 million with a further investment of €740,000 euro from regional Industry
partners.
40 jobs will be created as a result of the investment with the potential to build on the 10,000 jobs in the sector in the Border region.
