A Drumlish publican says he doesn't know what else he can do to try and resolve a sewerage and manhole issue that he maintains has effectively closed his business.
Seamus Gallagher says he contacted the authorities more than three years ago when raw sewerage began seeping from a manhole outside his pub on the main street of the village.
He says despite his efforts and the support of local councillors the problem is still there, and meant that he couldn't even try to re-open the pub for outdoor drinking last month.
He says the sewerage issue, coupled with the Covid lockdown has been very disheartening and he can't see a way forward while it continues.
Seamus Gallagher says he can't lease or rent the premises to anyone else either because of the smell
