Women are being called on to get behind the wheel as bus drivers in Dublin.
Dublin Bus is holding an open day at its Training Centre in Phibsboro today to hire more women as drivers.
Just 195 of its almost 3,000 bus drivers are women - which represents just 6 per cent.
