Cocaine worth an estimated 18,000 euro was seized in Carrick on Shannon over the weekend.
Gardai have confirmed that following the planned search of a house in the town on Saturday, a quantity of drugs, thought to be cocaine was discovered.
The drugs are to be sent to the national forensic laboratory for testing.
