Efforts continue to dispose of lands at St Brigid's hospital in Ballinasloe

The HSE is continuing efforts to dispose of lands on the St Brigid's Hospital Campus in Ballinasloe.
Last year HSE Estates appointed an external advisor to support the disposal of surplus lands and buildings on the site.

At the recent Western Region Health Forum, Councillor Alan Harney requested an update on the process of moving stores from the main campus.
Saolta management confirmed that a process is currently underway to determine the accommodation requirement to re-locate stores and to explore where there is potential to utilise existing storage facilities.
