Thousands of people expected in Roscommon today for the Elphin agricultural show. Elphin Agricultural show is currently underway with the show grounds opened and judging competitions starting at 11am. The official opening of the agricultural show is to commence at 1pm followed by a range of competitions including showing classes for animals, cookery demos, handcrafts and Trade Stands.
The show will also feature a number of activities over the course of the event for kids. The event will finish with live music from Celtic Cru in An Bothar Rua in Elphin Town.
