Emergency departments are experiencing significant delays today.
That's according to today's INMO trolly watch figures, as 571 admitted patients are waiting for beds this morning.
456 patients are waiting in the emergency department, while 115 are in wards elsewhere in the hospital.
University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected, with 79 people on trolleys.
In the Shannonside region, there are 28 patients waiting for beds at Galway University Hospital, 18 in Portiuncla University Hospital and 13 Mayo University Hospital
A total of 33 in the Midlands regional hospitals , with 4 in Tullamore, 11 in Portlaoise and 18 in Mullingar.
