Emergency services attended a house fire in County Roscommon overnight.
The blaze broke out shortly after midnight at a property in the Harristown area of Castlerea.
Gardai along with the fire services attended the scene along the Roscommon Road in Castlerea.

The fire was brought under control and it's understood an elderly woman was hospitalized with injuries that are not thought to be life threatening.
Investigations are continuing this morning.
