Leitrims Emyln Mulligan is set to play his club football in Sligo should it return this year as he has transferred to St Marys.
The Melvin Gaels clubman has been residing in the Yeats county for some time and will line out for the Sligo town club when GAA Covid 19 restrictions are eased.
Having previously played with St Brigids in Dublin, Mulligan will now find himself lining up with a number of former and current senior Sligo players including Mark Breheny, Stephen Coen, and Ryan Feehily.
A number of serious knee injuries seen the 2014 Railway cup winner step away from the inter county scene in 2019, while he did not receive a call up in 2020.
With the move to a club in Sligo it could possibly see the talented forward pull on the Yeats county jersey should an approach be made and he accepted.
