Speaking to Shannonside News, Farmer Phil hopes the expansion will help educate international and domestic visitors on the work done by farmers everyday:
'You get messages from all over the world and people that are either reconnecting to the land, as they may ex-irish people who left the country and they like it for remembering their own farms or time in the country.
Or whether it's people who never had anything to do with farming and they just love the outdoors.
I'm bailing hay here at the minute and I have a nice little bit to do but it shouldn't take too long to do. It's nice weather for it.'
