A former Students Union representative believes the late release of this year's leaving certificate results will leave students scrambling for accommodation.
The grades will now be issued on Friday September 2nd, with CAO offers for third level places expected to begin the following week.
Eric Ehiegie feels this is simply too late and will result in some students finding it difficult to secure a place to live for the academic year.
