Former Fine Gael Election candidate welcomes Scahill's Seanad appointment

A local Fine Gael General Election candidate has welcomed the appointment of Roscommon Cllr Gareth Scahill to the Seanad. The Castlerea man was one of 11 appointments to the Seanad by Taoiseach Micheal Martin last Friday.
