Over forty-million euro has been allocated for national road projects in the Shannonside region next year.
The Transport Infrastructure Ireland budget for 2021 year has been announced - with almost thirty million euro allocated for projects in Roscommon.
Over 22 million euro has been assigned to the completion of the N5 road between Scramogue and Tibohine.
Over €5.9m will be spent on national routes in Longford and over six million on national primary roads in Leitrim.
