The home of an internationally renowned photojournalist in Ballymore has gone on sale for almost half a million euro.
The Catstone Lodge, Mullenmeehan, in Ballymore county Westmeath was the home of the late photojournalist Ruth Rogers who was well known in Connemara pony breeding circles and died last year.
The four bedroom cottage is named after the druid's stone at the nearby Uisneach Hill - the mythological centre of Ireland.
The 170 square metre house on five acres which has views of Uisneach and also includes two self-contained annexes is on the market for €485 thousand euro.
