Seamus Butler (FF), Peggy Nolan (FG), Gerry Hagan (FG), and Martin Monaghan (FF) were all elected

Four councillors have been elected on the first count for the Longford LEA.

Seamus Butler (FF), Peggy Nolan (FG), Gerry Hagan (FG), and Martin Monaghan (FF) were all elected after exceeding the quota of 854.

This leaves three more seats to fill for the Longford LEA.
