Four local sports clubs have received additional money from the government under its Sports Capital and Equipment grant process.
Clubs which were unsuccessful in the 2020 allocation had the option to appeal the decision and following a review, 108 clubs across the country will now receive money.
The soccer club in Kenagh in Longford will receive €26,000 to purchase a lawn mower and to upgrade changing facilities.
The Longford Ethnic Minority Hub is to receive just under €1,000 to promote soccer in Longford town.
The largest single allocation in Roscommon is to the Community Games committee in Aughrim and Kilmore who will receive €21,000 for pitch fencing.
Fuerty GAA club will also receive €14,241 to upgrade their GAA pitch.
