Up to 400 lots will be auctioned off at St John's Community Hall in Lecarrow this Sunday to raise much needed funds for the facility.
Up to 30 groups use the hall for various purposes every week and the auction organisers says money raised this weekend will help to offset the 100% increases in heating costs over the past year.
The auction begins at 2 o' clock on Sunday afternoon but lots can be viewed from 12 pm onwards.
Items to be auctioned on the day include furniture, working electrical equipment, livestock, fuel, and bric-a-brac.
David Diffley says all the goods will be auctioned on the day and there is no reserve.
He says there are some good headline items, as well as the usual lots…
"We have a lot of nice furniture and we have a lot of new furniture and we also have unusual items. We have a signed Mo Salah Liverpool jersey with a range of medals attached to it with no reserve on it and we have received lots of phone calls and If it gets 100 or if it gets 1000 euro its sold."
"We have two reconditioned new laptops. they're called grey day laptops which retail a 900 euros. Again, if they only get 100 or two or three euro they're sold. We have two nights b&b at Kilronan Castle thanks to their kind donation."
