The funeral Mass for the woman who died after an alleged assault in Ballinasloe is taking place today.
It's on in St Michael's Church in the east Galway town at 12 noon, with cremation afterwards in Shannon Crematorium.
Searon Naughton, who was in her 50s, died in Portiuncula University Hospital on Thursday.

She was injured in an alleged assault in Ballinasloe on Monday evening.
Her husband, Owen Naughton, of Loughbaun, Aughrim, Ballinasloe, was charged with assaulting her and causing her harm and appeared in Ballinasloe District Court last Thursday.
