Funeral service for tragic Granard couple to take place this Sunday

A local couple who were found dead in their Granard home last week will be laid to rest together on Sunday. The bodies of Paul and Morag Kavanagh were discovered on Saturday evening at their residence in Killasonna. It was initially suspected that the couple in their 60s and 70s had passed away due to Carbon Monoxide poisoning, but Gardaí are not ruling out the possibility that they may have died of natural causes.

A private funeral service and cremation will take place at Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan on Sunday afternoon. The couple are survived by their children Shaun and Jessica.
