Significant further information has been required by Leitrim Planners for works at two local GAA grounds.
The county board have been requested to provide more information on their plans for works at Avant Money Pairc Sean Mac Diarmada. The application called for the replacing of existing turnstiles and entrance gates and the addition of meeting rooms, toilets, kitchen and an office.
Also included in the plans was the construction of a new toilet block, TV gantry and storage shed. Roscommon County Council have requested further information on the development leading the decision date to be pushed back a number of months.
Meanwhile. an application by Allen Gaels in Drumshanbo has also been stalled, with further information requested from the applicant. Those plans included permission to construct a 3G all weather multi use pitch at their ground in Dristernaun, the construction of a hurling/handball wall and 4 flood lights around the new pitch.
