Gardaí are investigating the circumstances around the discovery of the body of a cyclist in Co. Roscommon.
The body was found at approximately 2am at Cloonchambers, Castlerea.
The cyclist, a man in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body has been conveyed to Roscommon University Hospital.
A post-mortem examination will be taking place in due course.
The road is currently closed for technical examination and local diversions are in place.
Any road users who may have camera footage, including dash-cam, who were travelling in the Castlerea area from 12am to 2am on Sunday 15th September, are asked to make the footage available to Gardaí.
