Gardaí are seeking information on a large scale public order incident in Carrick-on-Shannon that saw two men hospitalised. The alleged assault took place in the early hours of Friday morning the 20th of September on Bridge Street in the town. Gardaí report that two men were attacked by three others, with one of the victims suffering a broken nose among other injuries.
Both men required hospital treatment and Gardaí are seeking information on what happened in the lead up to the incident. Sergeant Darren Corcoran from Manorhamilton Garda station is urging anyone with Information on the alleged assault to contact Carrick-on-Shannon Garda Station:
