Gardai don't believe deaths of couple in Cavan are suspicious

The house where two bodies were found in rural Co Cavan remains sealed off.

The bodies of the man and a woman were found last night in Cloverhill.

These bodies were found at around 8pm last night.

The man and woman, who were in their 40s, had been living in the area.

Gardaí are treating the deaths as 'unexplained'  and it is not believed they are
treating it as suspicious.

The bodies remain at the scene this morning and it's expected a forensic
examination will take place later.

Post mortem examinations are also expected to take place later today.
