Gardai investigating several fires near property in Edgeworthstown

Longford Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following several incidents of criminal damage in the Edgeworthstown area earlier this week.

Three bins along the Bracklin Road and in the Moatefarrell area were set alight late last on Tuesday night or in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

The incidents are being investigated by Granard Gardaí who've confirmed the fires are linked due to the close proximity of the targeted areas.

Anyone who was in the area overnight, who noticed anything suspicious or who has dashcam footage is urged to contact local Gardaí on 043 66 86512.
