Gardaí investigations are underway following an incident of assault in Ballaghaderreen.
Gardaí received report of an assault that occurred at approximately 4:15am in the Roscommon town on Sunday.
A man aged in his 40s and an adult male aged in his late teens were conveyed to Mayo University Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Gardaí are continuing to investigate the incident and anyone with further information is asked to come forward.
