A murder inquiry's been launched after a man in his 40s died following a row involving a number of people at a house in County Kildare.
The victim, believed to be a native of Poland, died at Naas General Hospital yesterday, from injuries received during an incident earlier in the week.
A post mortem examination is expected to take place today - meanwhile the scene of the incident, about a kilometre outside Newbridge town, remains sealed off this morning.
A man in his 30s who was previously arrested, has been released without charge and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
