Gardaí in Leitrim are seeking information on a black Saab car in connection to a number of power tool thefts in the county.
On the afternoon of Wednesday the 4th of October, a van was broken into at the Brandywell in the village of Dromod.
A number of items were removed from the van in the course of the theft and a black Saab car was seen leaving the area.
Separately, just 30 minutes later in Ballinamore, two men broke into a van on St Brigid's Street in the town, removing tools.
The suspects were seen exiting a black Saab before loading the tools into the vehicle and leaving the scene.
The items stolen include a DeWalt drill and drill bits, a Makita drill and a DeWalt angle grinder.
Anyone with information on these incidents or have been offered similar items for sale is asked to contact their local Garda station.
